Data Storage

Screendesk leverages a multi-tenant environment. For logical segregation, we provide unique IAM credentials for each video. Isolation happens at the application layer with heavy testing hooked up to CI/CD and validated on every code push.

Data is retained until the account or videos are marked for deletion.

Enterprise customers have the ability to configure a data retention period within their Workspace. Once a customer deletes their data from Screendesk, Screendesk removes the data from our systems within a 30 days under the normal course of operations.
