Screendesk takes a thorough approach to ensure our organization hires and staffs with the correct people. As a part of Screendesk’s approach to personnel security, onboarding procedures include:

  • Conducting background checks all employees before their start date as permitted by local laws.

  • Employees formally acknowledge their responsibilities to protect Screendesk and service through acknowledgement of company policies.

  • Completing information security and privacy training to help personnel understand their obligations and responsibilities.

  • Managers evaluate the performance of personnel at least semi-annually through a formal performance evaluation process. This process assesses the performance and competence of each individual, and their compliance with company policies and procedures.
