Provisioning and deprovisioning

Screendesk has implemented role-based security to limit and control access within Screendesk’s production environment:

• System owners or managers approve internal user access to production systems prior to provisioning.

• Access approval is based on the role and responsibilities of the user and a policy of least privilege.

• User access is removed immediately following termination.
